Markets and establishments selling products recognized in the competitions organized by the ICCA can register until November 2nd for the seventh edition of “Regala Agrocanarias”. Participating businesses will be part of an interactive online guide that will facilitate their location and give visibility to the products they offer, in addition to benefiting from various promotional actions and opting for the “Agrocanarias Friendly” recognition.
The initiative focuses on wines, cheeses, ciders, extra virgin olive oils (EVOO), and sea salts awarded in the Official Agrocanarias 2026 Competitions, as well as gofios awarded in the 2025 edition. Adhering businesses can compete for the Agrocanarias Friendly Award, which recognizes the establishment with the highest number of awarded products. The distinction will be presented in late November in Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
The director of the ICCA, Luis Arráez Guadalupe, highlighted that the campaign invites participants to discover the connection between awarded products and the territory, reflecting the diversity and quality of Canarian productions. He emphasized that the initiative aims to strengthen the link between producers, establishments, and consumers, boost the islands' economy, and recognize the effort of primary sector professionals.
The campaign continues its narrative thread inspired by the legendary island of San Borondón, connecting heritage, identity, and gastronomy. In addition to the interactive guide, participating establishments and awarded products will be promoted through media, official social networks, and the Concursos Agrocanarias website. Businesses are encouraged to organize promotional activities and events to showcase the distinguished products.
