The predicted highs for Santa Cruz de Tenerife will reach 28 degrees and for Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, 24 degrees, with lows of 22 degrees in both capitals. Moderate trade winds are anticipated, with intervals of strong winds in inland areas, where some gusts could be particularly intense in the afternoon.
Regarding the island-by-island forecast, Lanzarote and Fuerteventura will experience cloudy skies in the early hours, especially in the north, clearing up during the morning. Medium and high clouds are expected by the end of the day, with stable temperatures and moderate trade winds with strong gusts in inland areas.
Gran Canaria will register cloudy skies in the north, with the possibility of light rain, opening up to clear spells in the afternoon. Highs could exceed 30 degrees in the interior of the southeast, south, and west slopes. The trade winds will increase to strong on the southeast and northwest slopes.
In Tenerife, the north will have cloudiness and possible light morning rain, with clear spells in the afternoon. Minimum temperatures will remain unchanged, while maximums will rise in the southern and western midlands. The trade winds will blow with strong intervals, especially in the southeast and northwest.
La Gomera and La Palma also expect cloudiness and light rain in the north in the morning, with clear spells in the afternoon. Temperatures will experience few changes, except for slight drops in maximums in northern La Gomera and rises in the highlands of La Palma. The trade winds will be moderate with strong gusts.
Finally, El Hierro will have cloudy skies in the north with the possibility of light morning rain, opening up to clear spells in the afternoon. Temperatures will remain stable or with a slight increase, and the moderate trade winds will feature intervals of strong winds.
