The Alcaravaneras neighborhood in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria will experience traffic disruptions this Monday due to repaving works scheduled between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

The Las Palmas de Gran Canaria City Council has announced the commencement of repaving works in the Alcaravaneras neighborhood. The operations will be carried out during daylight hours, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and will cause temporary traffic restrictions on various streets.
The work will begin on Ingeniero Salinas and Alfredo Calderón streets, and will progressively extend to other roads in the neighborhood. During the construction, alternative routes will be established to facilitate traffic flow and ensure access to homes and garages.
Traffic diversions will be implemented progressively, adapting to the advancement of the works on each street. Once the asphalting is completed, the public road will be temporarily occupied for horizontal signage work.
The streets affected by this initial phase of work include: Ingeniero Salinas (between Pío XII and Concepción Arenal), Alfredo Calderón (between Pío XII and Concepción Arenal), Blasco Ibáñez (between Concepción Arenal and Mas de Gaminde), Víctor Hugo (between Pío XII and Concepción Arenal), Pi y Margall (between Concepción Arenal and Mas de Gaminde), and Barcelona (between Pío XII and Concepción Arenal).
