The Arrecife City Council has started the second phase of the Comprehensive Urban Cleaning and Improvement Plan in the Los Alonso area, covering streets like Donante de Sangre and Zamora.

The Arrecife City Council launched this Wednesday the second phase of the Comprehensive Urban Cleaning and Improvement Plan, a joint initiative by the Employment and Cleaning departments. The operation, which began last March, has focused this time on the Los Alonso area.
The streets included in this new stage are Donante de Sangre, León, Zamora, Salamanca, Valladolid, Palencia, Cádiz, José Alonso, Escotilla, Velacho, and Botavara. The first phase of the plan, started in March, already addressed numerous areas of the city requiring special intervention.
The cleaning plan will continue next week in the Altavista neighborhood. The council reminds citizens about the free municipal bulky waste collection service, available to prevent items from being abandoned in public spaces. To request this service, they can contact via phone at 928 815 560 or WhatsApp at 629 793 705.
