The Government of the Canary Islands has launched the tender process to renovate the old Municipal Fish Market in Arrecife, transforming it into a gastronomic and tourist hub with a budget of 466,601.50 euros.

The project, developed in collaboration with the Arrecife City Council, aims to give this historic building a new purpose. The design includes the creation of dining areas, tasting zones, equipped kitchens, and a rooftop terrace, all while incorporating accessibility and energy efficiency standards.
Located on Avenida Vargas, the property occupies a strategic position next to the city's waterfront. The intervention seeks to revitalize this part of the city, providing a meeting point for both local residents and visitors to the island.
Interested companies have until July 21 at 11:59 PM to submit their bids through the Public Sector Procurement Platform.
