The operations, carried out by the Citizen Attention Operational Groups (GOAC), are part of routine actions aimed at preventing risky behaviors and reducing accident rates on municipal roads. These efforts seek to ensure user safety and maintain traffic order.
Among the cases detected, three drivers were caught operating vehicles without ever having obtained a driving license, an offense classified as a crime under the Spanish Penal Code. This situation highlights the importance of awareness regarding compliance with current regulations.
Additionally, three other drivers were investigated for irregular and dangerous driving, showing blood alcohol levels above the legal limit, which also constitutes a crime. Driving under the influence of alcohol or narcotics remains one of the primary reasons for police intervention.
An additional driver was investigated after being involved in a traffic accident, where they also exceeded the legal alcohol limit. Another individual was detected showing clear signs of being under the combined influence of alcohol and drugs, a particularly dangerous behavior that exponentially increases accident risk.
