This concert, scheduled for Wednesday, July 22nd, at Playa de Sotavento in Jandía, marks the band's first performance in the province of Las Palmas and their second in the Canary Islands, following their visit to Tenerife in 2018. The setlist will include classics such as 'I Want You Back' and 'I’ll Be There'.
David Navarro, owner of DN7 Music and promoter of La Carpa 2026, described The Jacksons' presence as a milestone for the festival, now in its second consecutive year. The event aims to establish Fuerteventura as a significant musical venue.
The La Carpa 2026 festival, running concurrently with the 38th Windsurfing and Wingfoil World Championships, features a 17-night program until August 1st, with an expected attendance of 4,500 people.
The organization is supported by the Pájara City Council, Playas de Jandía, the Cabildo of Fuerteventura, Fuerteventura Biosphere Reserve, the Government of the Canary Islands, and Turismo de Canarias, among other entities.
