The Club Baloncesto Gran Canaria has confirmed the return of a Czech center, who will join the team provisionally for one week to assess his performance after recovering from an ankle injury.

The sports entity aims to solidify its position in a challenging season by bringing back a player who previously had a notable performance on the island between 2017 and 2019. During his previous stint, he averaged 8 points, 5.7 rebounds, and an 11 efficiency rating.
The 2.17-meter, 33-year-old player arrived on the island this Thursday for a medical examination and to begin training sessions. His continued presence with the team until the end of the season will depend on his performance during this trial period.

"He will be on trial until next Wednesday, May 6, when the club will determine whether or not to incorporate him into the team's discipline until the end of the season."
