The event, promoted by the Government of the Canary Islands and organized by the Cabildo de Gran Canaria through Infecar, has designed a strategic plan aligned with the 2030 Agenda. The main goal is to minimize the environmental footprint through resource optimization, waste reduction, and the promotion of the circular economy.
The organization will prioritize the use of responsible energy and sustainable mobility for attendees and exhibitors. Additionally, protocols have been established to ensure universal accessibility and equal opportunities, ensuring the event is inclusive for all citizens.
In the educational field, the Department of Education will open the registration period in September for schools to participate in the sessions on November 12 and 13. This initiative seeks to bring healthy sports practices closer to young people through immersive experiences.
The fair is established as a key meeting point for the sports sector in the archipelago, facilitating synergies between companies, federations, and athletes. Following its previous editions, the event maintains its commitment to boosting the local business fabric and promoting active lifestyle habits among the population.
