The Cabildo de La Gomera is organizing citizen participation meetings this Saturday in Agulo and Hermigua to detail planned investments and programs for both municipalities.

The gatherings will take place at 12:00 PM at the Benedicto Negrín Auditorium in Agulo and, subsequently, at 1:00 PM at the Old Casino in Hermigua. These forums aim to keep citizens informed about ongoing and planned actions for the current year.
The meetings are designed as open spaces where implemented measures will be explained, questions will be answered, and residents' concerns and needs will be gathered. The goal is to foster direct dialogue between the administration and the community.
During the sessions, the investment plan designed to strengthen the economic and social pillars of each locality will be presented. Employment and training programs will be discussed, as well as aid for local businesses and the entrepreneurial fabric, which are crucial for economic revitalization.
Regarding citizen welfare, details will be provided on health and social aid for families, along with scholarships and study grants. Information will also be shared on subsidies for groups and associations, incentives for renewable energies, and support measures for sustainable mobility.
