The document, outlining 118 interventions, organizes actions into strategic areas to address the scope of the necessary work. The majority of the funding, 65.7% of the total, will be allocated to the road network, with 44 actions totaling 28 million euros. These works will focus on slope stabilization, road surface improvement, and access recovery to ensure island connectivity.
In the hydraulic infrastructure sector, 67 actions have been identified, requiring an investment of 10,897,700 euros, representing 25.6% of the budget. The objective is to secure water supply, optimize irrigation networks, repair drainage systems, and strengthen La Gomera's water resilience.
Additionally, five other interventions in public infrastructure are planned, valued at 3,419,000 euros (8% of the total), including improvements to the coastline, bridges, sports facilities, lighting, and public buildings. The report also allocates 256,337.02 euros to two specific actions in schools.

Curbelo announced that the report will be submitted to the Spanish Government to activate institutional cooperation mechanisms for funding and executing the plan with the urgency required, especially after Canarias was declared an area affected by a civil protection emergency. The president emphasized the need for a coordinated response, arguing that the scale of the damage exceeds the capacity of a single administration and requires specific funding channels from both the State and the Canarian Government for a swift and effective response.
