Organized by the Regulatory Council of the La Palma Wines Designation of Origin and the Los Llanos de Aridane City Council, this annual event stands out for its growth, reaching 23 participants, the highest number in the event's history.
Attendees at this fifteenth edition will have the opportunity to taste the quality of ten renowned wine brands from La Palma, including Vinos Teneguía, Llanos Negros, mil7ochentaynueve, MERGUS, Viña Etna, Tamanca, Vega Norte, Viñarda, Carballo, and Vitega.
The gastronomic offering will complement the experience with the participation of ten catering establishments, presenting a varied culinary selection. These include the Association of Breeders of Palmera Goat Breed, Kikka Pastry Shop, Malvón Empanadas, Sami and Ziko Moroccan Pastry, Tuno Catering, Mi Dulce Pastel, Tavo’s Street Food, Mi Gusto Sweet Shop, Smile Bistro Bar, and Rincón y Pasión por el Jamón.
As is customary, students from the culinary and service training cycles of CIFP Virgen de Las Nieves will contribute with two stands, one dedicated to tapas preparation and the other to cocktail making, both utilizing La Palma wine. This initiative is joined by the collaboration of Refrescos Duk. Furthermore, CIT Insular La Palma, a regular participant in the fair, will have a significant presence in this edition.
The Regulatory Council reminds that the deadline to participate in two other important enogastronomic fairs on the island, the one in Breña Alta (May 23 at Parque de Los Álamos) and the one in Santa Cruz de La Palma (June 6 at Plaza de La Alameda), remains open until April 10. The participation guidelines are available on the official website: www.vinoslapalma.com.
