A driver lost control of his car early Thursday morning in Puerto Calero, Lanzarote, colliding with a parked vehicle and overturning onto the road.
The incident occurred around 00:25 on August 20th on Calle Alegranza. Despite the dramatic appearance of the accident, the driver, who was the sole occupant of the car, managed to exit the vehicle on his own and was reportedly in good health.
According to available information, the driver lost control of the vehicle and struck another car that was properly parked, causing the car to overturn on the roadway.
Personnel from the Local Police and firefighters were dispatched to the scene after receiving a notification from the CECOES (Emergency Coordination Center). Upon their arrival, emergency services confirmed that the driver had already exited the car by himself, so no extrication maneuvers were necessary.
Firefighters later took charge of returning the vehicle to its normal position on the road.
