A dramatic accident in Costa Teguise, Lanzarote, left a car completely burnt out and a driver injured on Monday morning. The incident occurred on Las Palmeras Avenue.

The event took place around 6:25 AM, when the vehicle that later caught fire first collided with a parked car. This second impact caused the parked car to hit a third vehicle.
The flames that erupted after the collision necessitated the intervention of emergency services, who used water and foam to extinguish the fire. The driver of the burning vehicle received initial treatment at the scene and was subsequently transported to the hospital by a Canary Islands Emergency Service ambulance.
Local Police and Civil Guard officers also participated in the operation. Once the fire was put out, personnel proceeded to remove the vehicles and secure the road, which involved the temporary closure of one of the avenue's lanes.
The scene, with three vehicles involved and one of them ablaze, created a striking visual spectacle early in the morning on one of the tourist town's main thoroughfares.
