These sessions will take place at the Valle Gran Rey Cultural Center and are part of the municipal initiatives for drug addiction prevention, responsible use of new technologies, and strengthening family relationships. The activity coincides with the commemoration of World Anti-Bullying Day and International Day of Families.
The first talk, titled “A Learning Journey”, is aimed at students and will be held at 12:00 PM. It will address the prevention of drug use and the abuse of new technologies among adolescents, using the speaker's personal experience as a guiding thread.
In the afternoon, at 7:00 PM, the second session, “The Challenge of Educating Today”, will take place, aimed at parents. This will focus on preventing family conflicts, effective communication between parents and children, and acquiring educational tools to promote positive coexistence at home.
“"From the City Council, we continue to bet on prevention and education as fundamental tools to build a healthier and more cohesive society. These talks are an opportunity to address, in a close and direct way, realities that affect both our young people and families."
The municipal leadership has highlighted the relevance of these actions within the municipality's social policies, emphasizing that they are an opportunity to offer practical resources to young people and parents, fostering communication and helping to prevent conflict situations, as well as substance use and inappropriate use of technologies. The objective is to support families and youth, providing tools for their well-being and the development of healthy habits from an early age.
The City Council invites all citizens to participate in these training sessions, which represent a valuable opportunity for reflection and the acquisition of useful tools for daily life in the family environment.
