In the north of the Canary Islands, cloudy skies are expected with the possibility of light rain, especially in mid-altitude areas and during the morning hours. In contrast, the rest of the islands will maintain clear skies, except for some morning cloudy intervals in the southeast.
Maximum temperatures will experience few changes, while minimum temperatures will register a slight increase. Temperatures are expected to reach 30ºC in the coastal areas of southern Tenerife, as well as in the southeast of the island's metropolitan area.
The wind will blow from light to moderate from the north to northeast. On the peaks, the wind will be light from the west, intensifying from moderate to strong in the central peaks.
In the north of Gran Canaria, the forecast is similar, with the possibility of light rain in mid-altitude areas and in the morning, while the rest of the island will be little cloudy. Temperatures could rise slightly, especially in the southeast.
It is not ruled out that 30ºC will be locally reached in mid-altitude and low-lying areas of the south and west of Gran Canaria. The wind will be from the north, increasing to moderate and turning to northeast in the morning, with some strong gusts on the southeastern and westernmost coast. On the peaks, it will be light from the west.
