Aiming to simplify administrative procedures for residents, the mobile unit, known as VIDOC, will be operational on August 4th and 19th. This service allows citizens to carry out essential tasks such as obtaining or renewing their DNI and passport without needing to travel to other locations.
Public service hours are set from 09:00 to 12:30. During this time, a maximum of five people will be attended to every thirty minutes to ensure efficient service at the square located in front of the town hall.
To access this service, it is mandatory to book an appointment through the municipal website, www.ingenio.es. In the specific appointment section, interested parties must select the VIDOC option and specify the type of procedure required, whether it be for loss, theft, damage, or renewal.
Local authorities remind users that each person must book a single individual appointment. Additionally, the digital platform provides detailed information regarding the necessary documentation to be presented on the day of the appointment.
