The third edition of the 'Feel the Movement' Physical Activity and Sports Fair in Santa Lucía de Tirajana has concluded with resounding success in attendance and participation, solidifying its role as a meeting point for enthusiasts and clubs.

The event concluded with a concert by the group Los 600, marking the end of an event noted for its new features and high participation. Throughout the day, Avenida de Canarias and Plaza de los Algodoneros hosted various activities for all ages, including the Healthy KM 0 Agricultural Market and a yoga masterclass.
One of the major novelties of this edition was the Civil Guard Las Palmas Charity Race / Urban Mile, held in two modalities. This solidarity initiative aimed to raise funds for the association for children and families with cancer, Pequeño Valiente. Concurrently, an exhibition of State Security forces was organized, featuring participation from various specialized units of the Civil Guard such as USECIC, GEAS, and the Cynological Service.
Other notable activities included the Neko Maxi Fit masterclass, a High Jump competition, and a workshop by the Women's Association Valentina on balancing physical power and mental serenity. A sportswear fashion show, accompanied by a DJ, and children's activities completed the leisure and sports offerings.
The fair, which began on Friday, featured numerous sports disciplines such as rhythmic gymnastics, futsal, karate, basketball, boxing, baseball, skating, athletics, Canarian wrestling, chess, cycling, and capoeira. The event reaffirms its commitment to promoting sports, healthy lifestyles, fair play, and inclusion.
This edition brought together 16 Canarian clubs, 17 businesses, and over 35 exhibitors, along with the participation of schoolchildren and athletes like Omaira Perdomo and David Meca. The initiative is promoted by the Santa Lucía de Tirajana City Council, with support from the Department of Commerce and the Vice Presidency of the Cabildo de Gran Canaria.
