This project is part of a broader initiative that includes the construction of a total of 134 protected homes in the south of Tenerife, distributed across three lots for the municipalities of Guía de Isora, Arona, and Adeje. The total budget for these developments amounts to 29,847,469.87 euros (VAT included) and also covers the execution of 134 parking spaces.
The initiative is part of Program 6 for aid in the construction of social rental housing in energy-efficient buildings. This program is integrated into the Recovery, Transformation, and Resilience Plan and is financed with European Next Generation EU funds.
Companies interested in participating in this tender can submit their offers until November 3rd, at 3:00 PM. Proposals must be submitted through the Public Sector Contracting Platform.
