The Arona City Council has installed giant screens in three locations in the municipality to follow the Football World Cup final between Spain and Argentina live this Sunday.

The Citizen Participation Area of the Arona City Council invites residents and visitors to collectively enjoy the Football World Cup final. Giant screens have been set up in three strategic enclaves: Dionisio González Square in Las Galletas, La Pescadora Square in Los Cristianos, and Valle San Lorenzo Square.
Activities at the three squares will begin at 7:00 PM, one hour before the match starts, with the broadcast of the pre-game show. This will allow attendees to enjoy the pre-match atmosphere, team analysis, and the countdown to the opening whistle.
The Council recommends arriving at the squares in advance to facilitate access, as a significant public turnout is expected at the three designated spots to follow the final, which will be played this Sunday at 8:00 PM.
Through this initiative, the Arona City Council aims to transform these public spaces into meeting points where residents and visitors can share the excitement of this historic event in a festive, safe, and family-friendly atmosphere, thereby reinforcing citizen coexistence.
