Arde Bogotá, the acclaimed group from Cartagena, has announced their return to Tenerife with a concert expected to be one of the year's major musical events. The performance is scheduled for Saturday, August 1st, 2026, at 9:00 PM, at the municipal stadium Francisco Peraza, also known as La Manzanilla, in San Cristóbal de La Laguna.
This concert holds special significance as it is the band's only announced date in Spain for 2026 as part of their international tour. The stop in La Laguna is the sole national date on the group's official schedule before their subsequent concerts in the United States and Mexico.
The performance is a rescheduled event, as the band had to cancel their previously planned concert for the summer of 2023 on the island due to the forest fires that affected Tenerife. Three years later, the group returns to fulfill their promise with a large-scale concert.
The Francisco Peraza stadium, typically associated with sports, will be transformed to host thousands of fans, becoming one of the main musical venues in the Canary Islands.
Arde Bogotá, formed in Cartagena in 2017, consists of Antonio García (vocals and guitar), Dani Sánchez (guitar), Pepe Esteban (bass), and Jota Mercader (drums). Their musical style is characterized by powerful guitars, recognizable choruses, and a raspy voice.
After releasing the EP "El tiempo y la actitud" in 2020 and their first album "La noche" in 2021, the band achieved significant recognition in 2023 with their second album, "Cowboys de la A3". This album was certified platinum and received two nominations at the Latin Grammy Awards, along with six awards at the first edition of the Spanish Music Awards.
