El Puertito de Güímar, in Tenerife, is preparing to host a new edition of the Güímar Summer Fest – Boncho Tour 2026 on August 22nd, a free event combining music, gastronomy, and environmental awareness.

The Plaza del Radioaficionado, formerly known as Plaza de Las Indias, will be the venue for this festival, running from 1:00 PM to midnight. For 11 hours, the seaside area will transform into a summer leisure space for residents and visitors, offering a diverse program.
The musical lineup will feature several local and regional DJs. The event opens with Deepak Daswani (1:00 PM - 4:00 PM), followed by sets from Juana La Cubana (4:00 PM - 6:00 PM), Las Mellizas (6:00 PM - 8:00 PM), Tana Sandoval (8:00 PM - 10:00 PM), and closing with La Maldita (10:00 PM - 12:00 AM).
Regarding the gastronomic offerings, the festival will include a dining area with food trucks and stalls from local Güímar establishments. Attendees can enjoy pastry options, gluten-free choices for celiacs, vegan dishes, and a variety of beers. Additionally, a specific zone will be dedicated to zero-kilometer producers, promoting local commerce.
As a complementary activity, a volunteer environmental day titled “Por un boncho limpio” (For a clean boncho) is scheduled for Sunday, August 23rd. This initiative, in collaboration with Cerveza Dorada, will focus on collecting waste along the coast of El Puertito de Güímar.
