Hospital Discharge for One Injured in La Gomera Bus Accident

One of the four patients transferred to Tenerife after the incident on the GM-2 has been discharged, while two others remain stable.

One of the four individuals admitted to hospitals in Tenerife following the bus accident in La Gomera has been medically discharged, as confirmed by the Ministry of Health.

The incident, which occurred last Friday, resulted in one fatality and 27 injuries when a bus carrying British tourists plunged down an embankment at kilometer two of the GM-2 road, near the environmental complex of San Sebastián de La Gomera.
Of the four patients transferred to hospital centers in Tenerife, one has already been discharged. Another injured person is showing favorable progress, while the remaining two are stable, despite their serious condition.
Previously, on Sunday, the management of Hospital Nuestra Señora de Guadalupe in La Gomera reported that of the three people under observation in the Emergency department on Saturday, two had already been discharged, and the third had been transferred to the Hospital Universitario Nuestra Señora de Candelaria in Tenerife.
