The closing events began with a mass officiated by parish priest Francisco García at the neighborhood's hermitage. Following the religious ceremony, the image of María Auxiliadora was paraded in procession through Madrid Street.
The procession was attended by the mayor of Mogán, Onalia Bueno, along with several council members from the municipal corporation. The Banda Pasión de La Aldea accompanied the procession, setting the rhythm for the march.
The procession concluded in the square where the temple is located, with attendees singing religious songs and cheering for the Virgin. Afterward, music took center stage with a performance by the group Mariachi Peleón, marking the end of the day's events.
These festivities, organized by the El Valle de Puerto Rico Neighborhood Association, were held with the collaboration of the Mogán City Council and the Cabildo de Gran Canaria. The program, designed for all ages, bids farewell until next year.
