The proposal, to be debated in the upcoming plenary session, includes a primary allocation of nearly six million euros for facilities and public services. Key projects include the comprehensive renovation of the football fields in Barranco Grande and Tincer, with an investment of 3.2 million, as well as improvements around the San Fernando school and road upgrades in the Southwest District.
The plan also prioritizes sustainability and urban infrastructure. Four million euros have been earmarked for a new street and pedestrian area resurfacing program, along with 412,000 euros for repaving temporary parking lots. Additionally, funds are allocated for drainage work at the Cercado ravine and a temporary sewage network at Las Teresitas beach.
Regarding safety and maintenance, the project allocates 920,000 euros for work on the Las Gaviotas beach slope. Finally, the budget includes 780,000 euros for waterproofing municipal buildings and 1.13 million euros for housing rehabilitation in Añaza II and Los Gladiolos IV.
