Santa Cruz de Tenerife is gearing up for the second edition of its Summer Welcome Party, an event combining open-air dining and live music, scheduled for Friday, June 19, at the Puerto chicharrero.

The capital of Tenerife is bringing back this celebration, which requires attendees to dress in white, following the success of its inaugural edition in 2025. The Sociedad de Desarrollo has confirmed that the event's cost will amount to 80,000 euros, an increase of 20,000 euros from the previous year.
Inspired by the international Dîner en Blanc concept, the party will feature two distinct areas. A main stage will host musical performances for an audience of approximately 5,000 people, with free admission. Additionally, a dining area for 500 guests will be set up, where participants can bring their own food and reserve a table for two euros.
The event will commence at 8:00 PM and conclude around 2:00 AM. The Sociedad de Desarrollo emphasizes that this initiative aims to merge an outdoor gastronomic experience with live musical entertainment in a carefully designed atmosphere, fostering community, economic dynamism, and the external projection of Santa Cruz de Tenerife.

"In view of the results achieved in the first edition of the party, it is considered appropriate to consolidate this initiative as an annual event within the calendar of activities of the 'chicharrera' capital, maintaining its essence and reinforcing those aspects that contribute to improving the experience of attendees, such as the quality of the space, the ambiance, and the organization of the event."
