The Tenerife April Fair returns to La Laguna this Friday, April 17, transforming the Las Mantecas Technology Park into a vibrant hub of Andalusian culture with a three-day program.

Organized by the Andalusian Cultural Association and the La Laguna City Council, this edition of the fair is expected to attract over 7,000 visitors, offering a complete immersion in the traditions of southern Spain. The event blends Andalusian essence with the Canarian spirit, establishing itself as a prominent fixture in the island's cultural calendar.
The official inauguration will take place on Friday, April 17, at 9:00 PM with the traditional lighting of the entrance arch and illuminations, marking the beginning of a weekend full of activities. The opening day will feature sevillanas dances, presentations by authorities, and a performance by the flamenco group Son de Sevilla.
On Saturday, April 18, the fair will continue with rumba, sevillanas, and flamenco workshops, as well as an equestrian flamenco show by Chico de la Cruz and Estefanía Luque. Additionally, a sevillanas competition will be held in various categories, and dance schools from Gran Canaria and Tenerife will perform, concluding with a concert by Son de Sevilla.
Sunday, April 19, the final day of the event, will feature performances by cultural associations, a flamenco fashion show titled Volcán y Cante, presented by Carmen Ramírez and Elena de Vera, and a raffle for a flamenco dress. The fair will conclude with an awards ceremony and a farewell sevillanas dance, bringing an end to three days of Andalusian celebration in the Canary Islands.
