The event was triggered by a collision between two cars traveling along the road. As a result of the impact, one of the vehicles lost control and overturned on the pavement, leaving one occupant trapped inside the cabin.
Given the severity of the situation, the Emergency Coordination Center activated an assistance operation. The Tenerife Fire Consortium arrived at the scene to carry out extraction maneuvers and stabilize the overturned vehicle.
Meanwhile, the Canarian Emergency Service deployed medical resources to attend to those involved. The Local Police have implemented traffic diversions in the area to facilitate rescue operations, while the Accident Investigation Team is working to clarify the causes of the crash.
