The accident, which occurred heading towards Santa Cruz de Tenerife, caused significant traffic complications on one of the island's main roads. The injured man was taken to a health center for medical assistance after being attended by emergency services at the scene.
The recovery operations for the crashed truck necessitated closing the highway in the direction of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, as reported by 112 Canarias. Personnel from the Fire Department, officers of the Guardia Civil, staff from the Roads service, and resources from the Canary Health Service (SCS) were involved in the operation.
The SCS coordinated the driver's transfer to a medical facility, while the Guardia Civil managed traffic and conducted the necessary inquiries to clarify the incident's causes. The Roads service also assisted in managing the roadway to restore normal traffic flow.
