El Paso renovates Pino Santiago street surface with €60,000 investment

Pino Santiago street in El Paso features a new surface after repaving works, funded by the La Palma Island Council with an investment of €59,725.87.

Pino Santiago street in El Paso has undergone repaving works that have concluded, improving the road's safety and traffic conditions. The total investment for this project, including IGIC, amounted to €59,725.87.
This intervention is part of the La Palma Island Council's Cooperation Plan. Within this framework, the El Paso council has also completed asphalting on Calle Panadero and Camino de Tacande. Work on Camino El Rincón will be finished shortly. The total investment for these combined actions exceeds €315,000.
The mayor of El Paso, Eloy Martín, highlighted the renovation of the Pino Santiago street surface, calling it an action "especially demanded by the residents." He added that "today that commitment translates into an improvement they can now enjoy in their daily lives."
Martín also noted that this work complements other interventions carried out in various parts of El Paso, such as Calle Panadero and Camino de Tacande, and that work will continue on Camino El Rincón. "Improving El Paso means staying attentive to our neighborhoods, listening to our people, and addressing their needs," he stated.
For his part, the Councilor for Works and Services, David González, emphasized that the renovation of these roads represents a "direct improvement for the neighborhoods, especially in terms of safety." He assured that "we continue working to improve our streets and roads" and that "new asphalting works will take place in the coming days."
The El Paso City Council has expressed gratitude for the work carried out by municipal staff and the support of the La Palma Island Council and its president, Sergio Rodríguez, in continuing to improve road infrastructure.
