The Telde Book Fair is holding its third day this Saturday with the stellar performance of singer-songwriter Andrés Suárez, who will offer a concert in Plaza de San Juan after a literary gathering, solidifying the event as a cultural benchmark.

Artist Andrés Suárez takes over from Marwan, who on Friday gathered a large crowd in the heart of the city. Marwan's performance, characterized by an intimate and emotional atmosphere, fused poetry and music, achieving a deep connection with the audience who sang along and filled the square.
With the echo of that successful night still present, the fair continues its intense program from 10:00 AM this Saturday. Activities include proposals aimed at children and families, workshops, storytelling sessions with Ana Griott, and oral narration by Boniface Ofogo and Nono Granero.
Throughout the day, various book presentations will also take place, and the exhibition “Africa”, the thematic focus of this edition, will be open. Complementing the offerings, the show Abáah, the house of the word, by Gorsy Edú, will be presented, and a round table discussion on “The heartbeat of African literature” will be held.
The day will culminate with Andrés Suárez's concert, scheduled for 8:30 PM, promising another night where music and literature will intertwine in one of the municipality's most prominent cultural events. The Telde Book Fair thus establishes itself as a meeting point open to citizens, where literature, music, and performing arts coexist throughout the weekend.
