The competition, established as one of the most challenging sporting events in the Canary Islands, saw the participation of 80 triathletes from nine European countries. The event was held under the supervision of the Canarian Triathlon Federation and supported by the Breña Alta City Council and the Island Council of La Palma.
The race began at 7:00 AM at Bajamar Beach in Santa Cruz de La Palma, where participants faced a 2,000-meter swim. The cycling segment followed, featuring a 42-kilometer climb to Pico de la Cruz, concluding with a 10-kilometer run to Roque de los Muchachos.
In the men's category, the winner finished with a time of 3 hours, 24 minutes, and 06 seconds, excelling in the cycling segment. In the women's category, the winner secured the title with a time of 4 hours, 06 minutes, and 29 seconds, achieving the best partial times in both cycling and running.
