The Agulo Town Council has initiated the tender process for the acquisition of a mixed suction and pressure truck, featuring a 4,500-liter tank, aimed at enhancing the municipal sewerage and maintenance service.

This initiative, financially supported by the Insular Plan for Cooperation in Municipal Works and Services (PICOS) from the Cabildo Insular de La Gomera, seeks to bolster the council's own resources for the conservation and proper functioning of the sanitation network.
The contract, processed through an open procedure subject to harmonized regulation, has a base tender budget of 310,300.00 euros, including IGIC. The integration of this vehicle will enable the Town Council to increase its operational autonomy, improve response capabilities to incidents, and advance towards more efficient infrastructure maintenance.

"This tender represents an important step to continue modernizing municipal public services and provide the municipality with its own material resources to offer more agile, effective, and secure attention to citizens."
