The Ingenio City Council published on the Public Sector Contracting Platform the tender announcement for the concession of use of the property intended for the bar-cafeteria activity in the space known as Pepa Aurora Park. The call was made on the morning of Monday, August 10.
The object of the tender is the contracting of the bar-cafeteria service with a terrace, located outside the park. The kiosk will be equipped for serving food and drinks. The interior usable space is 44.09 square meters, excluding the terrace and restrooms, distributed into a bar-kitchen area, a public area, and storage. The usable terrace area is 83.70 m2.
The procedure sets a base tender budget of 18,129 euros, excluding taxes. Offers can be submitted by interested individuals or entities until August 24, 2026, at 3:00 PM.
