The Mogán City Council has inaugurated a new parking building in the heart of the historic center, concluding works that have lasted six years.

After six years of work, the municipality of Mogán opens the doors of its new parking facility, located on Avenida de la Constitución. The construction, which began on August 28, 2020, involved a total investment of 5,226,384 euros, funded by the Government of the Canary Islands through the Directorate General of Commerce and Consumption and the Ministry of Public Works, Housing and Mobility.
The facility offers 125 parking spaces spread across three levels: one at street level and two underground. This new space is built on a plot that previously housed an educational center decommissioned in 2009. The construction addresses the need arising from the demographic and tourist growth in Mogán, which has increased the demand for parking spaces for residents and visitors.
Residents can opt for a monthly subscription. The established rates are 50 euros for cars, 30 euros for motorcycles, with a combined option for 65 euros. Additionally, the building features four charging points for electric vehicles, adapting to new mobility needs.
