The operation, carried out by the Local Police on July 10, follows an administrative file opened due to persistent complaints from neighbors. Residents reported music and karaoke sessions exceeding permitted levels, as well as the occupation of the sidewalk with furniture without proper authorization.
Despite previous warnings, the business continued its operations. The local government had previously ordered the cessation of sound equipment and the removal of tables and chairs from the public thoroughfare. After verifying that these instructions were ignored, a decree was issued on July 7, 2026, resulting in the final closure of the premises.
Additionally, during the inspection, surveillance cameras were detected pointing outside the establishment. The City Council has announced that it will refer these findings to the Spanish Data Protection Agency to determine if the installation violates current privacy regulations in public spaces.
