The initiative, organized in collaboration with the Mujeres por África Foundation, is delivered online in English via the ULPGC E-Learning platform. The beneficiaries are undertaking the 'Tourism, Digital Transformation and Sustainability in Africa' course, taught by TIDES faculty.
The 60-hour program has been offered annually since 2020, and this edition runs from October 5 to November 9. Most participants hold a university degree or license, with 17% having master's studies and approximately 5% holding doctoral degrees.
Through this initiative, TIDES reinforces its commitment to international cooperation, specialized training, and knowledge transfer, promoting access to knowledge related to tourism, digital transformation, and sustainability within the African context.
